Title of Project: Internet-based Program for Managing Corona Stress vs. Waitlist control
Thank you for your interest in taking part in this research. Before you agree to take part, please read all the information provided about the study first from the study participation sheet. - I confirm that I have read and understood the participant information sheet for this study. I understand what the research involves, and all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction
- I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw from the research at any time, for any reason and without prejudice. To do so I can send a message to coronastress@mail.huji.ac.il or a message to the study team using the encrypted conversations facility within the treatment
- I understand that I am free to ask any questions at any time before and during the study
- I agree to the processing of data generated by this study to be presented and shared. I understand that no personal information will be shared as confidentiality and anonymity will be maintained and the information I provide will be safeguarded
- I am 18 years or older
- I agree to provide an email address for members of the study team to communicate with me during the study. I understand that my personal details will not be used for any other purposes
- I agree to take part in the above study
