Welcome to this web-based support aimed at those who experience stress due to difficult events or challenging transitions in life, who want to take steps on their own towards feeling better.
The material consists of short texts with information, advice and exercises focused on milder problems with depression, anxiety, sleep, stress, worry and rumination, difficult emotions as well as painful and difficult memories. The material is available in culturally attuned versions in Swedish, English and Arabic.
This is not healthcare or replacement for healthcare, it is information and advice for those suffering from milder problems who want to take steps on their own towards feeling better.
You can log in and use the material for free. We will not collect any information about you. We will ask you for your feedback on the material which you give anonymously since we are currently investigating how the material works.
The web-based support is developed at Linköping University in collaboration with the project Uppdrag Psykisk Hälsa at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR).
